Pioneers in Ethics explores the journeys of pioneers who have made meaningful contributions to communities both in Vietnam and internationally. Through Human Legacies, these stories will be researched, compiled, and analyzed to distill valuable lessons and insights, helping shape community initiatives in Vietnam to become more evidence-based, effective, and people-centered.
Through Human Legacies, we aim to honor pioneering businesses, organizations, and individuals dedicated to community development. At the same time, we seek to inspire and spread the spirit of contribution, encouraging the creation of more initiatives, the implementation of more projects, and ultimately, a greater number of people benefiting from these efforts.

Ten years ago, when I carried out my first social projects, my biggest dream was to have a book like this.Social initiatives require dedicated people and tremendous effort to create impact beyond their individual scope, if only we knew about one another and our common stories.
Without collective efforts, systematization, research, and proposals, we would remain an isolated crowd.I appreciate these efforts because they bring together the dedicated and passionate individuals within our community.
I have met countless business owners, organizational leaders, and project managers working for their communities and fulfilling social responsibilities. However, I have also witnessed many well-intentioned initiatives fail. There are many risks involved in community work, and without proper knowledge and guidance, even the most dedicated people can easily exhaust their resources.
